Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the working relationship between Bold & Simple Designers (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“the client”, “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services
We provide website design and related digital services tailored to your business needs. The exact scope of work will be outlined in your quote or proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Quotes & Acceptance
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Acceptance of a quote (via email, message, or written confirmation) constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required upon completion of the project and prior to final handover. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the website or files until payment has been received in full.
For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in advance.
Revisions
We include a reasonable number of revisions to ensure you are happy with the final result. Excessive or additional revisions beyond what is considered reasonable may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or communication may impact the project timeline and delivery date.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the speed of client feedback. We will always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe but cannot guarantee exact deadlines if delays occur outside of our control.
Ownership & Handover
Full ownership of the website will be transferred to you upon receipt of final payment. Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Bold & Simple Designers.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party services (e.g. hosting, domains, plugins, or integrations). We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes caused by third-party providers.
Any third-party costs (such as hosting or premium plugins) are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included.
Ongoing Support
Unless agreed as part of an ongoing support package, support after project completion is not included. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support can be provided at an additional cost.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before completion, we reserve the right to invoice for work completed up to that point. Any deposits or payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, data, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website once it is live. While we aim to build secure and reliable websites, no system is completely risk-free.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
